As a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for leading one of the production departments during your shift. You ensure operations run smoothly, support your team and respond quickly when priorities change.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading a team of approximately 20 to 25 operators, increasing to 40 to 45 employees during peak periods
Monitoring daily production performance and achieving operational targets
Managing KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery and cost
Identifying operational disruptions and taking immediate corrective action
Coordinating multiple interconnected production processes
Providing structure, coaching and clear communication on the shop floor
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department
